Consistent with our values, we are committed to providing guests with the most sustainable and ecologically sound food options. We make every effort to utilize local ingredients when possible. Guests are offered either a vegan option or locally caught seafood for dinner. We have a small, but expanding vegetable garden that yields some of our ingredients. We make our own bread, nut butters, relishes, and more.
