4-Day Johnstone Bay Adventure Package

Johnstone Bay Adventure Lodge offers a four-day remote Alaska experience with transportation, lodging, meals and activities combined into one straightforward package.

​

One Chalet — One Roundtrip Helicopter- 2 Guests — $10,000

​

The base package is designed for two guests sharing one private chalet.

​

Included:

• Four-day stay at Johnstone Bay Adventure Lodge

• Round-trip helicopter transportation from Seward Airport to Johnstone Bay with a certified commercial helicopter operator

• Private chalet accommodations

• Three meals per day

• On-site hosting

• Activities based on weather, conditions and guest interests

• Use of lodge facilities and equipment associated with your stay​

Total package price: $10,000 for two guests

​

Add a Third Guest — $1,000

 

A third guest can join the same chalet for an additional $1,000.

Three guests / one chalet: $11,000 total

​

If you have a lot of gear you might be subject to the additional cargo flight. Payload is up to 550 pounds.

Add a Fourth Guest — $1,500

​

Groups of four can stay together in one chalet and keep the overall trip cost lower.

​

Because the standard helicopter transfer accommodates up to three guests, a fourth guest requires additional air transportation. The fourth-guest add-on includes the additional transportation, meals and accommodations.

Remote Alaska Travel

​

Johnstone Bay is located beyond Alaska's road system. Air transportation, schedules and activities are dependent on weather and operating conditions.

Aircraft operators and pilots make all final decisions regarding flight safety, routing and scheduling. Guests should maintain flexibility when traveling to and from remote Alaska.

Dining Experience

All meals are included and prepared daily.

Our dining experience reflects the spirit of remote living — combining high-quality meals with a relaxed, communal atmosphere. Guests are welcome to engage in the process and enjoy the shared experience of off-grid living.

Payment & Reservation

We accept: Cash, Check, Credit, and Debit
(5% processing fee applies to card payments)

• 50% deposit required to confirm reservation
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Remaining balance due prior to arrival
• Refundable security deposit required

• General liability waivers required for all guests

• Gratuity is appreciated, never expected

• All payments made payable to JBay Holdings LLC

​Policies

All reservations, payments, and contractual agreements are processed through JBay Holdings LLC, the entity responsible for booking administration and guest services.

Due to the remote wilderness environment, JBay Holdings LLC reserves the right to:

• Adjust travel logistics
• Modify accommodations
• Reschedule or cancel bookings
• Refuse service when necessary

This includes circumstances related to weather, safety, or other conditions beyond operational control.

By submitting payment, guests acknowledge and accept all published terms, rates, and policies.
